Products may be returned within 7 / 14 / or 30 days (as specified on the product page) from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition you received it.
In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation).
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., helmets, protective gear, or customized products).
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@afraemobility.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will be provided with instructions and the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically credited to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
To request an exchange, contact us with order details and clear photographs of the item.
If the same item is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Orders may be cancelled within 1–2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still request a return after delivery (subject to this policy).
Some AFRA Mobility products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims follow the terms listed in the warranty document provided with your product.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
