Yes. Most AFRA Mobility products include a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty duration may vary by product.

It covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

Yes, our scooters comply with UAE regulations, including the 25 km/h speed limit for e-scooters. Please follow local road and safety laws.

Our scooters come 90% pre-assembled. You may need to attach simple parts like the handlebar, which can be done easily with the tools provided.

Depending on the model, our scooters typically have a range of 30–50 km per charge. Battery life also depends on rider weight, speed, and terrain.

Charging time is usually 4–6 hours. Please refer to your product manual for specific details.
